We deliver to all mainland postcodes in the UK. Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver to offshore postcodes, Ireland or any other country at this time.

Delivery charges depend on location and weight / size of item(s). Delivery is free to most postcodes within UK mainland, however surcharges may apply to areas within Scotland. At checkout stage any surcharges applicable to your order will be displayed once you enter your postcode.

Small items such as accessories (UPS) – Deliveries are made 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Furniture items (Furdeco) – Deliveries are made 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday.

On the product page for every item, you will see the delivery time for your selected options. Please note that delivery times are estimated and deliveries to northern areas of Scotland may take a little longer. You can track the progress of your order in My Account after it’s placed. Where multiple products with different lead times are ordered, the longest lead time of any individual product will apply across the whole order.

All of our items are made in the Bisley factory right here in the UK. While some products are available in stock, most are made to order and this can result in a slightly longer lead time.

Yes, you can enter any special instructions during checkout and our couriers will do their best to accommodate these.

Yes, log in to Your Account after placing your order and you can follow your order’s journey from our factory to you. Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll also receive a tracking code from our courier partner that will tell you exactly where it is on its way to you.

Small items such as accessories (UPS) – You will receive a text message once our courier partner UPS has received your order. This will confirm the date and time your delivery can be expected.

Furniture (Furdeco) – You will receive an email notification once our courier partner Furdeco has received your order. This will be followed by a text message or a phone call advising you of the delivery date. 24 hours prior to your delivery, you’ll receive a text message confirming your delivery window and then a phone call 30 minutes before to ensure that you are at the delivery address and able to accept delivery.

Small items such as accessories (UPS) – A card will be left to notify you of the attempted delivery. It will either advise when delivery will be reattempted or that your order has been taken to the closest UPS pick-up point for your collection.

Furniture (Furdeco) – A card will be left to notify you of the attempted delivery. Our courier partner will also follow up with a phone call to rearrange your delivery. Please ensure you only accept a delivery slot if you are able to receive it at that time, otherwise additional charges for re-delivery may apply.
