How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Orders over a certain threshold may qualify for free delivery.
How long will it take for my item(s) to be delivered?
Stocked items are usually delivered in 2–4 weeks. Made-to-order colours are delivered in 4–6 weeks from the date we confirm your order.
Can I return an order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Contact our team to arrange a return.
How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we can usually cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including major credit and debit cards. Please see the checkout for the options available to you.
What if my order is faulty or damaged?
Please send us a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps for a refund, replacement or repair.
