If you need to acquire a replacement / spare part and you are unsure which particular unit you have, please check for a Bisley production label, which will provide you with the necessary details. The labels are located as follows:

Bisley cupboards, lockers and tambours – affixed to the inside top of the unit

Our cabinets can accommodate either Foolscap or A4 suspension filing, depending on the product. You can find the suitable suspension file size under Product Information on each of our cabinet product pages.
Our cabinets aren’t classed as fireproofed, so we don’t claim they give any form of fire protection to the contents. In a severe fire, our cabinets wouldn’t catch alight, but the contents inside would char.
While most of our products arrive fully assembled, assembly instructions are included in the packaging with those that require self-assembly.

It ranges from one to ten years, depending on the product. You can find the warranty details for each product under the Product Information section on each product page.
All Bisley products are guaranteed to cover all defects in materials and workmanship. The guarantee is only valid with the original invoice or proof of purchase. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents. Failure due to wear and tear is specifically excluded. You can purchase keys from our lock supplier Lowe and Fletcher.
To purchase the correct key, use the three-digit number from the relevant lock barrel.
Essentials units (Drawers, Cupboards, Tambour Cupboards and Lodges) and Pedestals have AB Series locks. BS Filing Cabinets, AOC Filing Cabinets, F-Series and PFA Filers have 92 Series locks. CLK lockers have 64 Series locks.
