Ordering & Payment
You don’t need to set up an account to shop with us, guest checkout is available. However, some features are only available when you have an account such as saving your wish list and order tracking.
You can set up an account at checkout, or before or after ordering, here. An account gives you access to many features such as viewing your Wish List, recent orders and tracking your orders.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept American Express and Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please note that payment is required prior to production, so any lead time would apply upon receipt of payment, rather than from time of placing order. Details for paying via bank transfer are shown at checkout and on your Bisley order confirmation.

Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you would like to change the items on your order. As items are made to order, it may not be possible to make a change, however we will do our best to accommodate.

If you need another copy, please Contact Us .
On rare occasions, order confirmations can make it into your Junk Folder or we might have a technical glitch. You can review your recent orders in Your Account or please Contact Us and we can help by re-sending your confirmation.
