You don’t need to set up an account to shop with us, guest checkout is available. However, some features are only available when you have an account such as saving your wish list and order tracking.

You can set up an account at checkout, or before or after ordering. An account gives you access to many features such as viewing your Wish List, recent orders and tracking your orders.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change the items on your order. As items are made to order, it may not be possible to make a change, however you are still able to cancel.

On rare occasions, order confirmations can make it into your junk folder or we might have a technical glitch. You can review your recent orders in your account or please contact us and we can help by re-sending your confirmation.

Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone. If you are having any difficulties placing an order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve this for you.
