We accept- Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Master Card, Maestro (UK & non UK), Solo (UK & non UK) & Electron and American Express.
All transactions carried out on this website are 128-bit SSL encrypted for your own security.
We use HSBC e-payments, to ensure that all payments are made securely, and to verify the credit/debit card information supplied. If you are concerned about passing your payment details online, the HSBC system will put your mind at ease.
Once you have entered your address details at the "checkout", you will be asked to insert your card details. Authorisation of your transaction is processed instantly while you are online. No one is able to view your payment details, not even ourselves.
We also have the 3D secure option enabled for Visa/Mastercard for added security. We are simply instructed by HSBC that an authorisation has been approved.
To order, add your required items to your basket and proceed to the checkout.
Then, you may either register or checkout as a guest.
You will need to input the delivery and billing information and select your payment method.
You will be required to click that you have read the terms & conditions and then your order will be processed.
At any time before the payment page, you can go back and check information already inputted.
Once your order is processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with a copy of your invoice. Subject to stock availability orders placed before 5pm, will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days (we will confirm this within 24 hours).
You will be contacted by phone or e-mail to confirm the delivery day.
Delivery times are between 07.00am and 18.00 Monday to Friday.
We deliver to all of mainland UK post codes.
However we do NOT currently deliver small orders to, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly - if you have a specific requirement please contact us.
We do not deliver to PO box addresses. Deliveries to Scotland may be longer than the stated lead times.
All deliveries require a signature so please ensure someone is available.
Please also ensure that the number of items delivered matches the number of items on the delivery note.
Disputes regarding the number of items delivered cannot be entered into after a signed delivery note is presented and signed for.
Please note any discrepancy on the delivery note.
